RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
A deposit of 25 % of the net total is required within 21 days of confirmation in order to secure a booking. Please make check payable in U.S. funds to Elbert Flowers, the balance of the trip cost is due upon arrival.
You must re-confirm your trip 30 days prior to the trip's departure. If final confirmation is not made, Cayo Adventure Tours reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled.
POLICY ON CREDIT CARDS
We accept payment by check or money order as well as by credit cards. Credit cards that we work with are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If notification of cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to the scheduled trip, the deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to trips starting date, no refund will be given.
RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that there are certain risks and dangers involved in hiking, biking, horseback riding, and all other trips arranged by Cayo Adventure Tours, and that Cayo Adventure Tours is not liable for any accidents, injuries or property damages whatsoever on any of the trips or activities I participate in whether to myself or any other family members or minor (s) accompanying me on the trip.
I agree with all the conditions stated above by Cayo Adventure Tours.
